At Frontleaf, we are committed to protecting your privacy and take data privacy issues very seriously. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect and how we use and retain that information. Frontleaf Subscription Service

Frontleaf provides our software application users (“Frontleaf Users”) the ability to track and analyze their customers’ (“Accounts”) engagement with their web applications and other indicators of customer success.

Information We Collect

Frontleaf Users voluntarily create a subscription profile that includes information such as: first and last name, email address, company name, mailing address and other profile and subscription information.

Through implementing Frontleaf, Frontleaf Users may provide Frontleaf with Account data that they want analyzed. Frontleaf has no relationship with these Accounts and does not directly collect their information.

Cookies

We use cookies to identify your computer and web browser so that our website and application are personalized based on your preferences or history. A cookie is a small data file that recognizes your computer and web browser. Standing alone, cookies do not personally identify you.

Log Files

When you use the Frontleaf website and application, we collect and store log file information that is automatically reported by your browser each time you access a web page. This information may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, referring/exit pages and URLs, operating system, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information to track and aggregate non-personal information. We use this information to maintain a high quality of service, analyze site and application usage, and identify trends among our customers as a whole. These automatically generated log files are not linked to any personally identifiable information.

Web Beacons

Frontleaf Users may use web beacons to track the usage patterns of their Accounts. Web beacons are small, often transparent code snippets that monitor and report the behavior of web page visitors. We aggregate and analyze this data to provide our Frontleaf Users with actionable information so that they may provide better service to their Accounts.

Data Management

Our Users retain all rights and ownership to any Account data provided by them to us. We will not sell or share that data with 3rd parties at any time. From time to time we may choose to analyze and present aggregated data across all customers to provide a generalized picture of specific industry metrics. Frontleaf Users can opt-out of these industry analyses at any time with written notification.

Data Security

Frontleaf Users’ data security is of the utmost importance to us. Therefore, we follow standard protocols to safeguard and secure any information submitted to us. If you have any questions about our security protocol, you may contact us at support@frontleaf.com.
